Baylor University, a national leader in private higher education, is seeking a customer service-oriented Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Services. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate across a range of constituencies and with diverse audiences, strong supervisory experience, excellent organizational abilities, current and detailed knowledge of federal financial aid compliance, and knowledge of data analytics.
The Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Services is responsible for providing collaborative, data-driven, strategic leadership and oversight of the Cashier's and Enrollment Services teams. Additionally, this position will lead a cross-functional team that assists students with enrollment, financial aid, and payment arrangements. Previous higher education experience is a plus but is not required. Experience leading customer service teams in banking, call center, or related industries are strongly encouraged to apply!
Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree and eight years of relevant work experience are required. Preference is for candidates with a degree in business, accounting, or finance. A Master's Degree, more than ten years of relevant work experience, and a CPA are also preferred.
