JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Analyst, Advanced Analytics is responsible for coordinating, conducting and managing risk assessments, operational and financial reviews and continuous monitoring of Health System Operations. Responsible for identifying high risk areas; developing work programs and action plans to mitigate identified risk and vulnerabilities. Prepares statistical and narrative reports from financial and operational reviews; effectively communicates recommendations to Sr. Management; and controls departmental budgets. Must provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers; strongly adheres to the Service First values: friendliness, integrity, responsibility, satisfaction and teamwork.
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Work Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) or more years in operational and financial audits and advanced data analytics
