Tax Senior Manager, ITS, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Dallas, TX. Formulate effective and tax-efficient cross-border strategies for both U.S. and overseas investments to help companies and individuals manage their global structural tax rate. Assist multinational companies with international tax planning, and complex international tax issues including cross border transactions, restructuring and compliance. Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities. Assist companies with staying abreast of developments within the international arena that may affect their business, both globally and locally. Develop and sustain client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax or a related field, plus 7 years of related tax experience of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Advising companies on the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions;
- Providing research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment;
- Providing clients with reports on structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective tax rate analysis and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows; and
- Managing teams and supervising staff.
Travel up to 20% is required.
